If I could give negative stars I would. Got 2 southwestern salads which I ordered at 10 in the morning online to be ready by 12pm on my lunch break, and upon returning to work noticed there was no dressing in either of the salads. Not only that but the chicken was PINK! I called and spoke to the manager to ask for my money back and she REFUSED to refund me. She also tried to validate the chicken being pink. Sorry but there's no validation for that whatsoever. The best she could do was give me a discount on my next salad? $20 down the drain. Screw this place it's seriously the worst and they just rob you. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Yeah, I won't be going back again.

One of my friends just received a wonderful Panera experience. You went over and above and she is very happy !!!
The food was good, only complaint would be I wish the soup was hotter. When I sat down at the table it was only lukewarm, so I had to eat it very quickly before it got cold
Very nice man working at the register named Jerry ! He was very kind to my children!
Tonight we had the pleasure of having David at the register!! He was an absolute charm!! He needs a raise and is a seasoned worker. He clearly knows his customer service, and is our favorite!! Also I did see the "coffee captain" working the floor! What a hard working man. I'm so happy to see this Panera finally shapen up! Thank you David and Coffee Captain!!!
