I have never had a bad experience at this shop with any of the 3 cars I bring here. The counter staff does change more often than I would expect, but everyone that has helped me has been helpful and honest.
Quick and painless. Got an oil change and brakes put on one of my cars. Decent price for labor (i supplied my own parts). Dropped the car off and got a 2 hour time estimate. Got a call after an hour and said i was all done. They even topped off the fluids and aired up my tires and did a quick inspection
Not recommended. Took vehicle there for changing tires purchased on Tire Rack. Received a call "recommending" $1900 of service. Declined because they did not use NipponDenso parts. Took vehicle to Toyota dealer, received full service + more for $945. Unnecessary recommendations for service.
Most Firestone centers are pretty good, so i went to this pne on our travels, but didn't like the attitude of service writer... so I went elsewhere....
Bought tires from tire rack, and they were listed as an install center. Had the tires shipped here, had them mounted and balanced here. They asked me what car the tires go on, and I told them. No problems.
Come back 2 weeks later because I'm getting a vibration in the front through the steering wheel and they turn me around refusing to work on the vehicle. The manager's response "We don't work on those cars"
