Whoever answers the phone at this place has a language problem and is rude. He thinks it’s ok to just hang up on you. The pizza is too greasy. The wait times seem very long for a local restaurant.
We ordered subs from HHoP, and they were delicious. One warning: this place is kind of a dump inside, and best for takeout.
I called for delivery and asked if they delivered to Linden Ponds. He told me yes. I ordered the pizza and he asked the address and when I gave it to him he said "no sorry we can't deliver there" when I asked what changed in 10 seconds he responded with " my driver doesn't speak English. They will never get business from me again.
We have ordered here for years and the last two times things have not gone well at all. Tonight I told my son he could have a treat and get whatever he wants. He wants HHOP. I called for an hour busy, I finally get through and a rude woman says she is not delivering tonight she is to busy. Well I ran restaurants for 20 years and frankly that to me is saying "I really do not care that you order here all the time and I do not value you even thought had she asked she would know who we are" But now we will go else where from now on. Last week they messed up our order and the time before that did not bring an item ordered. So sad but we will be going down the road. Regular has been lost........
