At Bertuccis. Salad is free at lunch, but is not fresh at all, and swimming in dressing.
I used to go to bertucci’s all the time. The rolls are great and the food is as well. However I can’t justify $20 for a small salad and a chicken parm. It used to be $16.29 for the meal with the salad. $4 price increase for the same thing I had a couple months ago? I won’t be back. I’ll take my business to olive garden.
Manager needs some extensive training in customer service.
Ordered clam chowder and salad. Brought salad . Waited long time for chowder. Salad gone and waitress said they were out of chowder. She should have told us sooner. The service was poor.

Waitress was great. Wanted to use a coupon for $10 off, previous coupons say on the bottom fine print "cannot be used with $19.99 meal". This coupon did not state that. Manager came over, very condescending like and said we cannot use it and walked away. Didn't listen to what we had to say or our confusion.. Very poor customer service skills. Will be traveling to another location next time.
