Everyone has been awesome always enjoy my visits! Everyone from the greeters outside to the service advisors are top notch. I Enjoy giving my business to the folks at best chevy. Got a next day early am appointment to address a tire issue under warranty. They took me right in and were aware of my tight schedule. I was done and out in 30 minutes. Problem solved. Very professional set up and great customer service. From the top down, this is a great dealership and that says a lot.

Please read this and be aware. Trusted and enjoyed a relationship with this dealership for servicing my cars. In fact serviced my Chevy, Honda and Mercedes there. Not anymore. Within 2 weeks of each other 2 of my cars engines were destroyed. Both up to date on service, at least we thought, and both within service period. There response when questioned about how this could happen would disgust anyone. I quote Harry the service manager, "just because there's a leak in the engine doesn't mean necessarily that we would tell you about it". The Chevy went first I replaced the engine without thinking twice about it. Cause... lack of fluids engine seized on rte 95 in Rhode Island. 2nd car blown head gasket overheated engine apparent leak just service within 700 miles. Cause unreported leak lack of fluids. Both cars less than 100k miles on them. They put a claim in through there insurance company Zurich insurance because they new they were at fault and didn't want to pay...Zurich didn't either. Another quote from Harry the service manager, "'I m not going to say that in my 30 plus years working at Best Chevrolet that that people don't make mistakes they do. We have missed topping off fluids or forgetting to change the oil". Quote from the insurance company, after Best is in the Business of making money". I have been very patient and was made to believe that this would be resolved... I'm taking both cars on the chin $3800 for the Chevy and $4100 for the Mercedes. Unreal!
