Was told my payment would be $614.00 and when I received first bill it was for $627.00. That's $810.00 more money over the life of the contract.
I'm only giving 4 stars because the dealership is kind of small and cramped, and the inventory could be a little larger. The customer service we received was excellent, though.
My wife and I came to Prime Volvo after visiting a couple of other car dealers. We had a great sales person (Cecil) and overall our experience was very good. We ended up purchasing our Volvo from this dealership and couldn't be happier.
